I love getting the students excited about reading. Book Week is such a great chance for that to happen. One of my activities is a scavenger hunt. There are 13 clues (I used vocaroo to record the instructions for those students who would find reading the clues challenging) and the students need to use iPads to photograph the book covers I have hidden throughout the playground. Students hand in their completed scavenger hunts by showing me the photos they have taken.
